The Kevko K123 Vortec Valve Cover Stud Kit is specifically designed to work with the all-new Kevko K214 Fabricated Aluminum Vortec Valve Covers when using Fel-Pro 1648 Valve Cover Gaskets.
Unlike traditional valve cover bolts, the K123 stud kit utilizes a double sealing washer design that allows you to precisely control the clamping pressure on the valve cover gasket, helping provide a secure, leak-resistant seal without over-compressing the gasket.
The stud and jam nut design also provides maximum internal clearance for aftermarket rocker arm assemblies on SBC Vortec cylinder heads, making this kit an excellent solution for high-performance and racing applications.
