The Kevko Racing K6STD is a standard-design steel transmission slip yoke built for dependable driveline performance in dirt track racing, street performance, and custom driveshaft applications. Featuring a 6" length, the K6STD offers an intermediate-length option between conventional 5.5" slip yokes and longer 8" racing slip yokes.

Designed for 1310 series U-joints and compatible GM-style 27-spline transmission output shafts, this slip yoke is an excellent choice for dirt modifieds, stock cars, hobby stocks, and other racing applications requiring a durable transmission-to-driveshaft connection.

The K6STD features a conventional yoke design for standard U-joint operating angles and works with properly configured steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber driveshaft assemblies. Whether replacing a worn slip yoke or building a custom driveshaft, the Kevko K6STD provides a reliable solution for your driveline setup.

Important: Transmission applications depend on output shaft spline configuration, seal diameter, and available slip yoke clearance. Not all versions of the listed transmissions use identical output shafts.

Important Fitment Information

Verify transmission output shaft spline count, barrel/seal diameter, U-joint series, and required slip yoke length before ordering.

Important: The Kevko K6STD is a standard-clearance slip yoke. It does not provide the additional U-joint articulation clearance found in Kevko's wide-angle slip yokes.

Proper spline engagement and slip yoke travel must be maintained throughout the suspension's full operating range. Ensure the slip yoke does not bottom out in the transmission or lose adequate spline engagement at full suspension extension.

Bert and Brinn racing transmission applications require compatible non-ball-spline output shaft configurations.

This slip yoke accepts 1310 series U-joints with 1.0625" bearing caps and approximately 3.219" overall width.

U-joint is not included.

For applications requiring additional slip yoke length, consider the Kevko K8STD 8" Standard Slip Yoke. For applications requiring increased U-joint articulation clearance, consider the Kevko K55WA or K8WA Wide Angle Slip Yokes.
