The Kevko Racing K55-3-01672X is a heavy-duty steel transmission and transfer case slip yoke designed for demanding truck, 4WD, and high-torque driveline applications. Featuring a 31-position involute spline configuration and an 8.339" centerline-to-end length, this slip yoke provides a dependable replacement option for compatible heavy-duty driveshaft assemblies.

Designed for applications using 1480/SPL55 series U-joints, this slip yoke features a 2.200" barrel diameter, 1.616" spline outside diameter, and outside snap ring U-joint retention. Its heavy-duty construction makes it an excellent choice for repairing worn driveline components or building replacement driveshaft assemblies.

Important Fitment Information

Verify the transmission or transfer case output shaft spline count, spline outside diameter, barrel/seal diameter, U-joint series, and required slip yoke length before ordering.

Important: This slip yoke uses a 30/31 involute spline configuration. One spline position may be intentionally absent, commonly referred to as a blind spline. Verify compatibility with the output shaft rather than relying solely on the number of visible internal teeth.

The 2.200" barrel diameter is especially important when confirming proper fitment with the transmission or transfer case seal.

This slip yoke is intended for compatible 1480/SPL55 series U-joint configurations using approximately 1.374" bearing caps and a 4.188" lockup width.

Proper spline engagement and slip yoke travel must be maintained throughout the suspension's operating range. Ensure the slip yoke does not bottom out or lose adequate spline engagement.

U-joint is not included.
