Important Fitment Information
Verify transmission output shaft spline count, spline major diameter, ground hub diameter, U-joint series, and required slip yoke length before ordering.
Important: This slip yoke features a 25-spline configuration with a 1.113" spline major diameter and a 1.375" ground hub diameter. It is not interchangeable with other Ford slip yokes that use different spline counts or barrel diameters.
Some transmission slip yokes contain one or more intentionally missing internal spline teeth, sometimes called blind spots. These are included in the manufacturer's total spline count and do not necessarily indicate an incorrect part.
This slip yoke accepts 1310 series U-joints with approximately 1.063" bearing caps and a 3.219" overall width.
Proper spline engagement and slip yoke travel must be maintained throughout the suspension's operating range. Ensure the slip yoke does not bottom out in the transmission or lose adequate engagement during suspension extension.
