The Kevko Racing K8STD is an extended-length steel transmission slip yoke designed for dependable driveline performance in dirt track racing, street performance, and custom driveline applications. Featuring an 8" centerline-to-end length, this slip yoke provides additional reach for racing suspensions with significant travel and applications requiring a longer-than-standard slip yoke.

Designed for 1310 series U-joints and GM-style 27-spline transmission output shafts, the K8STD is an excellent choice for dirt modifieds, sport mods, late models, stock cars, and custom performance vehicles.

Its extended machined barrel provides additional slip travel when paired with a properly configured transmission output shaft. The standard yoke design offers a conventional 1310 U-joint connection for applications that do not require the additional articulation clearance of a wide-angle yoke.

Important Fitment Information

Verify transmission output shaft spline count, seal diameter, U-joint series, required slip yoke length, and available transmission clearance before ordering.

Important: The Kevko K8STD features an extended 8" centerline-to-end length. Stock transmission output shafts may require modification to allow the slip yoke to achieve its intended travel without bottoming out.

Bert, Brinn, and Falcon racing transmissions must have a compatible output shaft configuration. Tailshaft modification may be necessary depending on the transmission and driveline setup.

Proper spline engagement and slip yoke clearance must be maintained throughout the suspension's full operating range. Ensure the slip yoke does not bottom out during suspension compression or lose adequate spline engagement at full extension.

This slip yoke uses a 1310 series U-joint with approximately 1.0625" bearing caps and a 3.21875" overall width.

U-joint is not included.
